It's been nearly 2 years since I stripped the mini. I cant for the life of me remember the exact location of the expansion tank. The car is a 93 tahiti 1275 carb model. I know it goes under the nearside wing, but where? Any help would be great

Looking under the near side wing it goes to the right of the shock absorber. You should be able to see 3 holes in the inner wing that the securing bracket bolts go through.

I can see the 3 holes that held the bracket for the charcoal canister. My expansion tank has a U shaped bracket with only 1 fixing bolt!

Simon it's just to the left of the shock. I think it was originally fitted with a rubber strap but I've just used a long zip tie that loops around the tank and threads through the inner wing. There's not much weight in it, it holds in place.
