Can anyone suggest a suitable aerosol paint that would be a good match to the green of the brake pipes? 1980's Mini if relevant.

Also ... when painting new Kunifer pipes I assume an acid primer base would be appropriate for best adhesion?

IIRC the original pipes were steel and the green was from a plastic coating. No paint was used.

Nick, "original" as in up to the last years of production?

I'm working on a level of originality but obviously not intending to use steel, however i don't want the aftermarket copper look hence the desire to paint them.

Stu.
