How do you remove the black knob to fit a stainless steel one. Thought I'd ask before I end up getting the dremel out.

Never seen a stainless one - all the silver ones I've seen have either been a silver coating applied to the original plastic, or a chromed plastic piece stuck on top.

AH I've assumed they would be the same stainless steel as the rings so they must stick on.

AH I've assumed they would be the same stainless steel as the rings so they must stick on.
The rings are alloy, on mine.

Came this morning all fitted pretty good quality and all stainless steel looks ok not as garish as chrome.Never seen a stainless one - all the silver ones I've seen have either been a silver coating applied to the original plastic, or a chromed plastic piece stuck on top.
