The one that comes with them. Which is a general lithium based grease. Which will be the same as you use on all other grease points.

I always find those supplied with them sachets, tend to be very small. I know you shouldnt over pack wheel bearings with grease but you may find not enough is actually supplied with the bearings

If you are totally OCD about it you can get Timkin red bearing grease its about 25quid a tub.

That’s not the same grease if you’re using disc brakes.
As a general standard you use a high temp grease on wheel bearings with disc brakes. Atleast, thats what SKF supplies.

Yeah thats the stuff.
What i meant by OCD was using Timken grease on Timken bearings. If thats the bearings you have, some dont use (or have problems with) no Timken.

A quality, name brand High Temperature Wheel Bearing Grease will be fine, though I happily was using Castrol for many years, a few years back I found it had water in it and doesn't feel the same, it caused premature failure of 2 sets of bearings. I've gone away from that and to Timken's grease now.

Steveston Motor Co mentions in one of their great videos to use proper bearing grease for any roller or ball bearing component, and leave moly type grease for ball joints and other bit without roller/balls involved. Moly is claimed to be too slippery and can inhibit rolling action on races.
