Hi all, easy one for you. What is this pipe for? Mine doesn't go anywhere, either end.

Yes, It doesn't only let fuel out if it floods - it lets air in to equalise pressure in the float chamber. If it didn't fuel being sucked through to the engine would create a partial vacuum that stop the fuel flow.
