I have just had this brought to my attention and it looks good. This afternoon I have emailed the organisers for more details.

Should we look to have a more formalised presence there as a TMF Group? I do intend to take my '64 'S' and maybe my 1990 Cooper road-rally car as well.

To save you looking, Prescott Hill Climb is near Cheltenham.

Hmm gives me something to aim for as far as completing the Elf goes. Although 140 miles on the M6 smart motorway as a first trip out might not be a good idea.

Before you go booking anything Peter, let me discuss it with the other Admin.

In principal sounds good, I would defiantly attend.

Rumour has it, and yes its just a rumour, restrictions here in the UK will be "eased" on outdoor events before Pubs or restaurants, so hopefully "sensible" COVID secure outdoors events will be allowed to go ahead from Easter onwards.

I spoke with a good friend who is a senior logistics manager with the NHS and he said that once the vulnerable groups get their vaccinations and these have become effective, the death rates will drop and the new cases will also fall right back.

Once this happens the restrictions can start to be lifted, but the time frame for this cannot be determined as yet. The Gov't are privately hopeful that it will be by mid-Spring so long as we all abide by the current restrictions until the numbers start to come right.

I've had my first 'jab' due to my being effing old and await my second in about 10 weeks. So 'I'm all right Jack'!
