Seat Belt Stalks

Best Answer Tds76 , 09 February 2021 - 10:59 PM

They look like Securon. There should be a manufacturers label where it is bolted to the sill.

Cheers, Paul.

So I've got a pair of aftermarket static belts fitted in my Mk1 which are of unknown origin... the belts themselves are perfectly fine, but annoyingly where the "stalks" should be are actually the ones from the rear of a mini. Being of the floppy variety these tend to get caught under the seats which is a pain. With that in mind I'm hoping someone might be able to help identify the belts I've got based on this photo of the buckle, so that I might be able to source correct front stalks. Appreciate that this might be a bit of a long shot, so worst case I'll just have to get a complete pair of front belts.

Cheers in advance!

I think those are indeed Securon ones, I got the same in my Midas.

Thanks guys, that certainly helps to point me in the right direction! Now I just need to see if anyone's willing to sell a pair of stalks without the belts...
