As per the title to the thread - I guess if they are they're only working to a skeleton staff? I sent them an e-mail 3 weeks ago and I've had no response at all.
I guess I will have to wait until 12th April unless anyone knows any different?

I had a similar issue with them last year. In the end I phoned them, left a voicemail, and they called me back a few days later

Leave a voicemail. They'll come back to you. made me a bespoke LCB last year in the first lockdown.

They are still open, just limited staff in the office. I luckily am based just down the road so rang up in the late afternoon (worth ringing about 1.30/2 as there always seems someone around then) they are still open just very busy with manufacturing. They do allow collections from them directly and will take orders over the phone as well.

Yes,I've had parts over all lockdowns,within 4/5 days
