Well on the way with my headlining now the weather is a tad warmer.

The window latch fixing on my C Pillar have 2 sets of holes. Has anyone got a measurement for the correct holes please?

one other question, does the headliner get glued to the C Pillar behind the trim panel?

I usually glue the headliner to the lower part of the cantrail in the rear corners behind the c pillar trims.

 

As for the measurements for the window latch mounting holes, I wouldn't depend on someone's measurements.

You would be much better off fitting the window without the c pillar trim to see which holes suit the fitment of the window best.
