Afternoon everyone, I'm stumped for an answer on this but I'm looking at a speedo (Mk 1 Cooper S later type 120mph graduated to 130) which has a S/N of 4417/18 A which should mean 64-67 Cooper S Wirth 3.44 final drive and std gearbox.
I've looked everywhere at S/N including the Parnell book but I can't find anywhere what the "A" signifies or means?
Was it for the Australian market or does it mean something else?
Anyone put me out of my misery????
