Hi,

I have a Sikes-Pickavant ACR4 handset (the translucent type), and a Rover V4 pod but cant seemed to program the ECU for keyfobs and SRS airbag on a 98 MPI Mini with a 30214600 lead.

According the description I found in variouse topics, the Rover V4 pod would already be able to program the immobiliser and airbag on a Mini.
Can anybody help me, what could be wrong?

Any help would be aprecisted!

Happy easter for everyone! :)

Hi Gabor V4 can do both. Note airbag is Rover 45/MGF type ( there is no specific mini option).

To programme keyfobs you need to put 5AS into learning mode and do all keyfobs at once (as learning mode wipes stored keyfob codes).

Menu option is Other then 5AS. Success is indicated when you complete the sequence (8 lock keyfob presses) and the horn sounds.
