I do have experience trying to contact them. I wanted to see if they'd sell manifold flanges separately, quick email and a call - no reply to either. I took a different route. This was way before COVID-19 was a thing. I made a note to myself that I won't try and deal with them directly again. However, because I like their products I'll continue to use them but only through resellers.

 

I agree that ignoring all contact is poor service in this day-n-age, but equally, they may not be interested in dealing with the public. There is still a large network of resellers which is, I expect, their primary sales channel. There are many, many companies of all sizes that operate in the same way - if you're not B2B/trade they won't talk to you. I don't blame them, the general public are usually complete pillocks (I include myself in that - we all are at times).

 

It's their business to operate how they see fit. If you don't want to do business on their terms, that's up to you. You're free to take your custom elsewhere.

For what it’s worth, I wasn’t trying to buy something off them for the first time.

One of their manifolds broke when I was fitting it, I wanted a replacement and I also wanted some step washers, as the inlet they sent was a different thickness to the exhaust they sent.

I’ve tried contacting them multiple times since Nov last year.

Ordered a stainless manifold and system for my van on March 24th, just had the dispatch email. I couldn't ask for any more to be honest.
