Hello, I’m lost...

I have 10 x 7 wheels and need arches but which ones are best?

Should I go for Mille Migalia arches, but which ones are best, do I need to tube my arches for this mod?

Should I go for sports pack but what do I need to modify to get them to work?

They are going to stick out a bit... so what’s people’s thoughts? And which companies are the best for fit?

Thanks

No such this as “Mille Migalia” arches. They are Miglia arches.

tubing. How low do you want to go. Wheel size has nothing to do with it as the rears will rub on just about all wheel sizes.

sports pack if you want them.

everything needs some work as it all depends on the car they are being fitted to and that set up.

10 x 7 wheels are not a common size for road use on a classic Mini.

What make rims are they, what offset and what tyres are you using, road or race use?

If for road use 165 x 10 tyres are really only suitable for 6 x 10 rims max.

(175 width tyres are usually used on 7 x 13 wheels which is about the maximum wheel/tyre size for a road going Mini. Not very good for handling or top speed but that's another story.....)

Its normally the other way round - I want miglia arches so I need 7x10 split rims with stretched 165 tyres to fill them. However, apart from the slightly questionable practice of stretching 165s, they still dont quite fill the arch as much as dunlop slicks. But the miglua arches are designed to allow you to shave down the width to suit but they do need bespoke brackets to attach them. You probably will need to take some out of the front wing to stop them rubbing.
