I'm looking at buying a bini supercharger, "just in case" and it has 8 thousand miles on it. he wants £75, is this a fair price? Also, is there anything to look out for, wear in shafts etc?
Thanks

i'd say that is a good price.
think they normally go for about 150.
with only 8000 miles on the clock i wouldn't worry about anything being loose or worn to be honest

I was just thinking the other day, if the new binis are gonna be turbo'd, the superchargers may be harder to find, and more expensive. so I may as well get mine now, just in case!

for that price i'd buy it,i looked on vmaxscart website an they knock 75quid off price of their kits if you have a charger to exchange, plus side being theirs are set up to whatever engine spec your running,so i'll prob have to fiddle with mine or maybe exchange to save time.aparrently you can run them on bog standard 1275 with reasonable bhp gains,i wonder what you can do with one running on a 998?(they are bulletproof little engines)
i see that the day after i got mine off e-bay(shame)prob gone already for that price everthing i've seen in that mag has sold by the time i've rang up!
