Hello
I thinking to buy this plug, but my engine/gearbox is completely assemled.
Is it a chance to fit the plug without disassembling the whole unit ?

It is possible. Some exhaust systems will be in the way though.
just read the instructions very carefully or you may need to take the engine out and split it.

Pros.
it can reduce the magnetic parts reaching the pump.
cons
does need regular inspection and cleaning.
can be hard to access.
also the magnetic plug can easily be replace with a standard one or a temp sender.
