For some reason I'm not being allowed to post a question in the valuations sub-forum.

It's just for my son's old mini, rotting away on our drive (he's long since left home) and I want to reclaim the space for my new one (OK, the new one is a Bini, not a Mini but I do have a proper one too).

Local scrappy will collect it for £97 but it should really be a restoration project for an enthusiast rather the become scrap but I can't post.

You don’t have enough posts and you are not a member of TMF+. As it is part of the classifieds forum you need to meet one of those criteria to post in it.

If you want to join TMF+ see:

https://www.theminif.../74340-tmf-faq/

It only costs £5.

I don't have enough posts because virtually all of mine are on the turbominis forum (albeit under my real name, not the one I use on here).

If no-one is interested enough to respond it will just go on eBay - easiest way to value anything.

You have had two responses to your post. I am not an administrator, we are just telling you the rules that we all have to abide by and trying to help you get the best value for your car.

As I say, if you want to subscribe to TMF+, just click the "subscriptions" link at the top of the page. I would have thought that an investment of £5 would be worth it, rather than letting it go on eBay for peanuts. TMF+ also allows you discount at MiniSpares and other Mini parts suppliers, so it is money well spent. But obviously the choice is yours.

If the scrappy will collect it for 97, then put it on eBay for 100 and see where it goes.
If you expect a good valuation you d need to give some more info.
