As for jacking if you can try to get to a lift. be the best way of doing it. Althought when I did El Gordo I ended up driving her up a small wall we have to lift one side so i could wiggle my large self ender her.

Chances are you'll have to replace the manifold gasket too as they don't like being disturbed at all. if you have to , a lght smear of grease on the gasket will help it seal and the burn off.

Also frees up the jack to take the weight of the exhaust while removing or fitting so you have two hands free.

Some drive on ramps for the front wheels and a trolley jack and axle stands for the rear should get it high enough safely.
Also frees up the jack to take the weight of the exhaust while removing or fitting so you have two hands free.
Cool.. all sounds good to me....
Thanks alot

Get a Video with sound up of the exhaust when it's fitte dude! gives us decibel junkies something to dribble over lol.
Lol, will doo. but i think it be little louder then b4, not over the top. as the turbo will act as a bit of a silencer. but were see and ill do the vid for the fun of it
Plus whats a good set of ramps and AXLE STANDS to get. could someone give us some links please.
I dont want to end up getting C**p. as my brother will be helping me, and he will slate me if i get rubbish lol

i did mine ar the weekend, axel stands on the front and fitted all with them there, with a jack on the rear from time. once i had the Y peice fitted and the link pipe lined up, put the axel stand to the rear. and put back box on. course the turbo gets in the way a lot here such a ~@*& to fit.
all in all a tough job as my mini is low but got it done

it will act as a silencer quite a big one in fact. i got the same set up on my n/a now i am selling my turbo engine and bloody hell its loud. the turbo was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo quiet compared, although it does have a nice quiet purr to it.
