Sorry to ask 2 brake related questions on the same day but I am just trying to figure out what I have and what I need to order.

 

I got my car in parts in boxes(67 MKII) . I have 2 metal can master cylinders. Both look identical although although 1 was disassembled and missing parts. Both have a 3/4" bore. I am sure the intact one can be rebuilt but I don't know if it was the brake or clutch. The repair kits for the clutch cylinder are different than the brake cylinders, but I don't see a difference. Is there a difference?

Yes there are differences. Internally the brake cylinder uses a one way valve system to allow the brakes to release ‘just enough’ and not cause a long pedal, hence the different rebuild kits.

Externally, the bottom mounting foot is mounted at a different rotation with respect the the out put cylinder and filler cap.

The early cars that had Single Leading Shoe front brakes had a 0.75" Master Cylinder. When they went to the Twin Leading Shoe brakes, the Master also changed to 0.70".

 

Since they went to Twin Leading Shoes in March 1963, your car should have these Brakes and a 0.70" Master.

As said, the reservoirs orientate differently. Offer them up to their mounting points & it will be obvious which is which.

The Brake Masters also have a thicker foot than the Clutch
