Looking for some advice as I was loosening the nuts on the battery clamps before disconnecting the battery and the spanner accidentally slipped and touched the positive cable for a second,all fuses are OK,anything else I need to check

If nothing is on fire, you’ll be fine.

No fire very small spark but battery still showing a full charge

Always disconnect the earthed side before doing work near the battery to help prevent mishaps.Steve..
