For what ever reason, it doesn't appear to be changing over, it would seem you are still on your old email address.

Try logging out and logging in again, then try again.

I'm beginning to wonder if there are several email addresses that the server does not like. Hotmail and Outlook??

I will fwd this onto our tech guru to see if he can answer why this is happening.

Outlook and Hotmail are one and the same. Microsoft keep incorrectly identifying TMF emails as spam and refusing to deliver emails from the forum. I've spent a significant amount of time chasing them around to try and resolve the issue without any success that lasts more than a few weeks.

I'd recommend Gmail, they know how to differentiate between spam and things of legitimate interest.

I will try that again but when we did that on the previous hosting environment it made no difference.

< 20yrs of email experience and setting up campaign mail sending so feel free to reach out

Ensure MX records are setup correctly

You have the SPF setup done

https://www.digwebin....4&nameservers=

Test tools

https://mxtoolbox.co...uk&run=toolpage

But no dmarc, errors on MX  and the server is listed on 3 blacklists

I guess you're not interested in fixing this issue so I'll leave this here and shall be giving up on TMF as I lose my old email in a couple of days and I wont be creating a specific email just for TMF

A dmarc record would be, just change email addresses to suite yourself

Type: TXT
Host/Name: _DMARC.theminiforum.co.uk
Value: v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:[email protected]; ruf=mailto:[email protected]; fo=1

Follow here to remove your blacklisting

https://www.uceprote...dex.php?m=7&s=6

It's a level 1 block

Adios TMF
