Will the Mk1/2 door kick plates work/fit on a 1994 Rover Mini?

1994 Mini does not have any metal door pockets to fit the kick plates onto. Only Mk1/Mk2 Minis, vans & pickups with sliding windows had the large door pockets.

Does it have sliding windows and external door hinges, as a 1994 Rover Mini did not have them from the factory......?

No. Roll up windows and internal hinges. It's a genuine English Mini RHD and everything.
