the total rebuild of the mini that i brought from an online auction for houshold items for £800

After i got it home it wasnt to bad onrust but had a lovely Metro 1275 with Big valve head and after a quick check over and carb clean it started straight away and sounded as sweet as

After a few days chipping and cleaning not that bad just the drivers hinge pannel is none exsisting

That's a whole load of cutting you done!!

Bit commitment, but at least your doing it right, rather than patching over it.
Are you storing this outside as you work on it?

hi no its at home at the moment as got a few bikes at the workshop this will be clear soon  then i will take it there

Looking good, it's nice when a coat of paint makes the job worthwhile!

Looks like you have your front floor pan fully welded in, did you replace rear section also? Mine still needs some adjusting to get the flutes to line up, the repair panel was bit of a different shape.

havnt done the rear yet on the todo list its not that bad to be honest might just use the inner sill and 6"of floor but will see when i get it upside down

Had a Month or so off due to Motorcycle races but now in the workshop and back on it
