I finally got around to bleeding the brakes after doing the suspension and upgrading to 7.5" discs up front.  The pedal has a nice firm feel to it which is good, but when I was bleeding the left front corner, the fluid seemed to come out  in a higher quantity some times, but then not much at all came out other times I had the bleeder open.

My car if RHD, so the master cylinder is on the right side of the car obviously.  I point that out though, because the front left corner is the only one where this intermittent flow issue exists.  The two rear corners and right front (last corner to be bled) are all fine in terms of the typical flow.  On the left front, I should clarify that what does come out doesn't seem to have bubbles in it.  It is just the quantity that is flowing out that is my concern.

Is this something to be concerned about if my pedal pressure seems to be excellent?  I am going to post a separate question about my hydraulic brake switch that also seems to be giving me fits, but part of me is also wondering if this could be part of the problem.

Is there is any fluid loss?

Try drying the joints with paper towel, then pumping the brakes and maintianing pressure on the pedal to make absoluty sure there are no leaks..check after for any damp unions.

I woukd also suggest that on occassion the rubber flexi pipes from subframe to caliper can be suspected to collapse on the internals....

Check everythibg at least twice... always good to enlist the help of someone else to be pedal person with things like this...
good luck.

Fluid loss, as in leaking? No leaking from any of the four corners.

I did have someone in the car to help with the pedal and everything went very smoothly. I will double check everything as you suggest and maybe go for a short slow drive around my neighborhood as a test.
