I'm currently running a 1.75 inch side exit single box system, however I'm lusting after a twin box centre exit maniflow. My question is will my hif44 need re setting up if I change it over?

Or maybe a single box centre exit possibly wouldn't require any carb adjustments?

Just something to bear in mind, I bought my centre exit Maniflow single box through MiniSpares which with the TMF+ discount was cheaper than through Maniflow themselves.
