Gday fellow mini owners.
I'm looking for a good place to buy a wheel and tire package delivered to my door.
I am after cream 3.5 steelies with 145s on. I have seen mixed reviews about JBW and Huddersfield parts group.
Anyone got any recommendations. I know I can get them in from mini spares however i believe they are not set up and I don't fancy running around trying to find a place to fit tyres to wheels

Huddersfield minispares and Minispares.com get these wheels from the same supplier

Unfortunately both companies didn't say who said supplier is however both sets of wheels are identical in terms of finish and quality

And how is the finish and quality.. I tried huddersfield and they don't have the cream in stock only the silver. . Minispares don't have tyre fitting facilities so looks like I have only one choice which is JBW

This is the beauty of the internet,ohh that picture looks nice,what will they look and feel like when I have them in my sweaty palms?Who knows?Asking someone else is also fraught as opinions re fit and finish are unquantifiable.The days when a real shop existed locally are long gone.Good luck in your quest,Steve..

Always an option to ha e th3m on the car for a spell and then get them re coated or repainted.
Factor that into the BIGGER PICTURE and you will not be dissappointed.
Wheels in my opinion are what makes a good car look 1000 times better..
Could always try second hand rims as well. Some bargins to be had but make sure straight and true ..

Who is getting what from? We certainly don't get our steels from JBW or Huddersfield

The conversation was that you and Huddersfield both get them from JBW... except many people said that was incorrect.
I just want to know where is the best place to buy a set that is balanced and ready to go. I have money to burn and a need for new wheels.
