I have not been able to find that part listed anywhere.
You might check to make sure it is leaking as I had one cracked like that and it did not leak wuth the pipe inserted.
I am afraid used may be the only source for a repalcement.
I have been looking at finding a brass threaded bushing to replace it.
It would require drilling to the correct size for the bushing and then using an older style threaded intake servo take off.
All the bushings I have found are tapered pipe thread with out the correct threaded ID for the servo take off.
If someone else has any ideas I am interested as well.

I figured they must have been used in other cars, but could not find a part number
I am also looking to blank off the servo take off for a Microsquirt application in another car, do you know what size drill/tap you used?
