Hi all.

I'd like to say hello and let you know what I am on with at the moment.

I have a 1973 early mk3 saloon. I have just started stripping the car ready for the panel beaters. I have hauled the engine out and have stripped that and will get it cleaned and rebuild. On stripping the car there are loads of little cooper parts on the vehicle and same with the engine it has a copper head on various other bit. I have dug into the history of the car a little bit. I am the 3rd owner buying off my friend many years ago. It turns out the first owner worked on the production line at Layland and bespoke built this car for his wife all the little copper bits and the engine came off the production line like it.

My question is would I be able to get a heritage special build certificate with the correct documentation?

I will get some pictures up soon.

Sam
