I am currently replacing the ball joints on my 1972 mini. I am changing from drums to discs. In regards to the ball joints. I have 2 types of lock rings that the bleed nipple screws through. One has a large bent flat rectangle lip on it. Can someone enlighten me as to which ball joint this goes on. The Top or the bottom

The one with the brake pipe holder is for drum brakes.
