Hey Folks,

Has anyone had experience installing one of these A Post Repair panels. There are a number of different type  mig welds that could be used and I am hoping that someone has already installed one.

Thanks All,

I have added an additional section at the top for a closeout.

Plug welded in place and then down the long run, i have tacked in place and then followed by pulse welding inbetween the tacks (just a continuous series of overlapping tack welds)

Cleaned up.

Not the best picture, but you can see where you need to plug weld at the bottom and the return that folds under the floor pan. of course if you have a spot welder to hand you can use this instead.
