Hi, I'm hoping that someone can help me with a colour code for the 'bottle' green leather interior of my 1981 LHD (ex) Mini 1000 (now 1275) which I am rebuilding in Bulgaria.

The data plate states PMA which I believe to be black.Attached File  PA180062.JPG   67.07K   0 downloadsAttached File  PA180061.JPG   62.9K   0 downloads

You're right PMA is black....     but that's not an original Mini panel.

It was made by (or recovered by) a company that does aftermarket trim.

It looks like 'Dark Green' to me but pictures can look different according to your monitor.

Hopefully someone might have the same interior & can tell you who made it.

Thanks for your reply

It is a dark green you are correct but it's difficult to get the exact colour to come out on a pic. The whole interior is that colour though, seats and all. I was thinking maybe it's a European special or it's only been ever been done somewhere in Europe (pre Brexit)

It does look good though, probably better than in the photos.

I'm looking for the code simply because Bulgarian officialdom is up to them and they can be really awkward/stupid/pains in the**** if they find something doesn't look right (eg. PMA) !

So the UK is not the only country that suffers from petty minded, obstructive, & unhelpful officials (thankfully not all of them).

If they're happy with a MG Rover colour code then this might help-

https://www.mg-rover...de-list.289950/
Find the nearest colour to your interior & put that down, hopefully that will work

Seats don't seem to have come out of any Limited Edition Mini (not even a European model) & i can't find an online picture of any interior in that colour.

Have you tried asking on the internet (eg: Mini related pages on Facebook etc).

Thanks for your reply. So I have a 'limited edition' one of a kind special ! Should make it worth a couple of Lev more (about a quid or the price of a beer)

Seriously thanks for the listing, I will do exactly what you suggest, it's not as though they are going to be able to compare it to anything here anyway !
