Hello Everyone,

I'm Guy or Guido as my friends call me. I'm 43, live in Toronto Canada and ever since I was a teen I've had a thing for Mini\s.

My Dad had one here when he was growing up but I've never owned one. I'm planning on making a purchase in the next couple years, (2 max))

I kinda want 2. One to fully restore and the other to put a VTEC in. Possibly a third to build for my daughter by the time she's able to drive. She's 7 now, so that gives me 9 years.

I love how simple and easy Mini's are to work on. I look forward to meeting you guys and learning lots.

Cheers,

Guido

Welcome too.  Simple, indeed, infuriating, often!  Taking the rad out of mine at the moment and in a normal car, it would be straightforward,  A 53 year old mini with the rad on the side, where you need to take off the fan to get the rad out (when's there no clearance to get the fan off) can be a test of one's love for them!!
