SOLUTION

As miki said, turns out there no pin connecting the pedal!
Not sure if this was the garages blunder or it suspiciously fell out at the same time it has work done!? But hay ho

Looks like wrong slave cyl judging by the bleeder position,
A verto clutch needs a verto slave cyl :-)

That is the correct slave for a verto clutch.
