Morning all,

Although not clearly visible I think I may have problems with the plastic throttle body on my MPI. I was looking to replace it with a 48mm alloy unit, way more robust and reliable than the plastic factory fitted unit (so I've read). To be honest, I got quite a shock at the price of these mini specific units, is there anything on the market or something Rover did compatible but a bit cheaper?

Thanks in advance.

if you have some engineering skills you can use other throttle bodys from either another rover or mg. i used one from an mg zr to make a 52mm throttle body for my cooper sport.
