Hi all, just looking into removing servo. Am I right in thinking that to convert I will not need a whole need pedal box. Won’t even need a new brake pedal. Only difference is the spring and removing of the connecting rod? Can’t see any other differences when it comes to the actual pedal or assembly. Just want to confirm. Cheers

If changing from a servo to something like a yellow tag you’ll need the pedal as well, the lever ratios are different and if memory serves, the clevis pin is is a different diameter.

Edit: you can see the difference in that diagram - look at the length from the pivot to the hole for the pin….

Ahh got you mate, you’re reyt can see different length. So just be a case of getting a brake pedal and spring. Cheers.

Wonder if somebody has the means to  do a side by side comparison? I'm wondering if you could get away with just drilling a new hole, 'n maybe a bit of hacksaw action.

I think this is what you need, drum brake, Cooper S and late model, all the same pivot point and pin location just the pedal is cranked to different angles off the floor. I'm pretty sure even the late servo pedal has the same size clevis in the pedal while the one in the slave rod top is bigger.
