Even at the 'normal' price of 91 bucks, that's mega cheap.

A search on the UK base company who's is 'offering' these makes for some mixed and interesting reading;-

One of the Directors is in the UK, the other is in China. One of these directors has their fingers in many other businesses, some of which have been liquidated and one that 'to be struck off'. There could well be legitimate above board reasons for these but it doesn't paint a good picture.

Despite the fact it looks too good to be true, many of the hydraulic or mechanical dollies don't go down to 10" wheels.

But you can modify some of them so they do.
