Hello, I was just wondering if somebody would be able to answer something for me?
I've watched countless youtube videos and been through every rebuild thread for pickups on the internet but can't find an answer to this:

Is the rear window / cab panel for a pickup supposed to be welded to the outer B panels?

If so, what have people found as the easiest method?
If not, are people doing anything special to seal the channel up and make it water tight?

Would appreciate any info that anyone could provide.

Thank you.

Why don't you ask it in a Pick-up thread ?  :proud:

There is some in the Projects > Variants section

yes - it's spot/roller welded to the outer B-panels in the same way it attaches to the roof panel

Thank you for confirming.

Now to track down a spot welder to do the job!
