Does anyone use anti-seize on the joints of the exhaust system to facilitate install/removal of exhaust pipes?

Have done. Just don’t use U clamps as they distort the pipes which are then hard to separate.

Yes I use a good smear of copper grease, makes it much easier to separate the joints. Also started using Mikalor clamps for the reasons above.

Use a good quality exhaust assemble cement . The advantages are twofold, the first being it makes disassemble easier and second, it helps the seal between the two pipes. This means the U clamps just need "nipped up" negating any need to overtighten them and as a result deforming the pipes.

Some of the exhaust systems available today are lacking in quality/fit and the assemble cement can help to give a seal without overtightening.

In the end, used copper anti-seize at the header collector and at the pipe/RCM joint with
Mikalor clamps. Had to use a u-clamp to hang the assembly at the rear subframe forward location. Seems to work fine with the Maniflow RCM side exit system.
