1.5 A problem occurred while adjusting the valve gap after installing the roller rocker.
as seen in the video a load is applied and it is not rotating.
Perhaps the valve spring with the adjusted clearance is not pressed further at the maximum lift.
Is there any way to solve this problem?
(Engine is 1275 spi, engine parts are all standard)

The video does not show any problem.

it just shows an Allen key moving.

where is the problem?

coil springs binding?

have You have measured  things before fitting or have you just throw it together hoping it will all work?

Yes. Valve spring binding occurs.
After setting the gap control between the two valves to 0.015, when the corresponding valves are in the opening order, the fan belt does not rotate any more and spins in vain.

If the springs are binding then you have incorrect springs or you have not had the seat basses machined to give the correct compressed spring height.

at least you checked before cranking the engine as that would have ended in something breaking.

I'd have thought it would be ok if everything else was standard. Standard rocker post nuts can foul on the wider roller rockers, it's not that is it?
