Hi, im new to the classic mini world.

recently im interested in a mini that is rover mini 1991 mayfair ii  in the second hand market.

but i can barely find any information about the mayfair ii model on internet, even pics,

so, i would like to know if that is a good model to have or anything i need to know before i getting it.

I have a Mayfair II. As you may have probably gather from the posts above, it's a Japanese specific model with quite a high interior spec: red leather steering wheel, lightning pattern+leather seats, Minilite alloys and if you're lucky to get one with AC, a full width plastic dashboard.

Basically, it's a 998cc Mayfair with interior leftovers from a plusher Mini 30. Not a bad spec, if I may say so myself...

Resolution isn't great, but its just about readable.

 

Mayfair was the same as the City with the addition of - tinted glass, better trim, tachometer, radio/cassette, opening rear windows, and the body graphics.
