Top job !  Red is definately nicer than yellow !!

I see it's a late 1979 model, a bit rare, they only made them in that configuration for about 2 or maybe 3 months, not that that seems to make them anymore valuable.

My first Moke, bought new, was one of these and it seemed they came with rust from the factory O_O

 

I like how you've done the exhaust, very nicely done.

The old shell as been sold on.

Thanks spider. For your interest the exhaust is using a standard 1.3 mini carb cast manifold ( its a larger bore than the moke ) and a 1.3 single front down pipe with the flange cut off and re used to connect to a standard twin box rear section.

The hood was hand made for me in Australia as a favour.
