The particular Arms and Blades that were originally fitted were very light and had a fixed flat blade - a very similar arrangement to the early Land Rovers. If memory serves, the blades were 10" and while available, they are quite obscure to find, I always found that because the blades were fixed in a flat shape, they were none too effective if there was the smallest of contaminants on the screen or in heavy rain, they were quite hopeless. I can't recall the length of the arms, but can check if this is what you would really like to fit.
I always took them off, for a while I was fitting Arms and Blades from Minis, while still quite light, have a spring loaded blade and a heavier spring on the arm, these made a big difference. Also, replacements rubbers for the blades are very common.

The original spindles that the wiper arms mount to, have the same splining as the Minis (and a few other cars) have, so swapping arms is fairly straight forward.
I'm sorry, I'm not familiar enough with the Land Rover wipers to make a call on them in particular, however, I did always find the Moke set up with hard linkages better than the Cable rack system of the Mini.
