Ok not strictly a problem as such but i would like to upgrade one of my rear seat belts from the static type to the inertia. I have seen the kits available online but I'm not sure if these have to have the inertia reel fitted to the parcel shelf which i would rather not do of if they will fit and work correctly by using the original  3 mounting points .

Securon 254 will fit any car with the mounting points already present in the c pillar and under the seat cushion. They don't need to mount to the parcel shelf. Not the most elegant units as you can always see the reel on show but they do the job.

The ones Minispares sell need to be mounted on the parcel shelf despite that not coming across in the description. I later ordered a set from Minisport that are universal, but as they are, they come with an adjuster knob to set the lock/release angle, which makes those an awkward fit in the companion bin.

Great thanks minispares are showing no stock anyway so maybe I will give the minisport ones a look as i just want to mount them to the three existing points .

I ordered the securon 254 ones but not fitted yet. Looks like they will fit fine.

Would be great to see them installed when you are done. Thinking to get these as well.
