Hello,

i want order Swiftune SW5-07 cam.

I have 12g940 head with 1.5 roller rockers + double springs 160lbs.

Are these 160lbs springs suitable for this cam?

I wrote directly to Swiftune, but nobody replied for a week.

Thank you

Martin

On their page they have related products, which shows their valve springs that give 180lbs at 0.500” lift.

I would say they'll be ok. But wait for some more opinions - there wasn't much other choice last time I put an engine together.

High ratio rockers require proportionally lower spring rates.

e.g. 1.25 x 200lbs = 250

 1.5 x160lbs = 240
