I believe the ‘radiator Cowl and rubber surround’ on the inner wing were no longer used from 1975.
Does anyone know if the cars then came off the production line with just a gap between the radiator and the inner wing or if something else took its place?

Considering the BMH website shows them listed 69 to 80 suggests they were available / fitted until then.

However this does not prove they were not fitted from 75 onwards. Unfortunately my 74 clubby is a year too young to prove one way or the other. It would seem strange though not to have it fitted.

Just found an 81 Clubman Estate (i know its not a 1275GT) and it has the shroud and seal.

And a 1980 GT with said shroud and seal.

My 1980 GT has the shroud and seal, however on the Minispares radiator rubber shroud it states that it is for a pre 75 mini.

My 80 estate has the cowl and rubber seal, I'm fairly sure my 68 Hornet does too 🤔

I have a 1975gt with that rubber shroud. It certainly makes a difference with the cooling.

I * think * the UK Clubbies retained it for a few years longer than the Round Nose.

My 1980 1275gt had the rubber and cowl which I had from new.
