I brought my 1985 Mayfair in 2008 as the base to build for the Mini Seven championship. I stripped the car and life happened. The partially stripped shell because somewhere to store junk in the garage.
14 years and a MIG welding course later, I've just cleared all the junk out of the shell and finished stripping it ready to mount to a roll over jig and get the body work sorted. The plan now is to build it for fast road, track and hill climb use.
I'm sure I will need plenty of help and pointers to get the boxes of bits back together.
