Brilliant project mate! If my van weren't quite so rough I'd be doing it in black. When are you planning to be done?

Well, i got it beginning of the year, and was hoping to have it done by summer, then it was setember, then december, and its clearly not guna be done in 4 days, so im guna push the mark back again till around febuary

will see lol, i dont want to rush it!!

Right, bit of an update.

stripped one side of the rear sus

painted drum, backing plate, handbrake cable bracket, and radious arm.

also got a fixing kit for the rad arm, so my uncle i put the needle bearings and the rest in today (thanks uncle!)

also put some rust treater on the inside of the wheel arch, at some attempt to hold the rust back for 5 mins

hopefully ill get some paint on the inside of the arch tomo, then i can start reasemberling it all! then move the car over so i can get to the other side!

shes looking good dave, had a sneek peek at her the othe day whilst i was sitting in traffic waiting for a feckin bus as im sure you'll know happens, she looks great!! to all others watching this ignore the pictures they really dont do it justice!! just wait for this baby to hit the shows/magazines

once i get the rear sus finished, ill pull it out, give it a wash and get some better pics

small update, finished one side of the rear sus, pulled it out, washed it and took pics, havent uploaded them yet tho

am on the last corner now!, stripped it down, but have found another hole! so thats more welding!

gunna do one more coat tomorow, then we can start to put it together!

gotta say looks awesome cant wait to see more pics! i have one the same as urs before you painted it in the same colour! ive been considering either going for black or a medium metallic blue im stil very much undecided but i have to say with the black on yours it looks great and ya welding was good as well i wouldnt ave known either that u havent done it b4 look forward to seeing more pictures keep updated:D
