I have a 96 JDM Mini. It’s spring here in Chicago, almost, still only 40°F, but time to work on the car.
What is the best, most stable places, to set my floor Jack to raise the car, front and back, and then where should I place my stands to keep it up?

at front on subframe under lower arm, can use tie bar but make sure jacking pad does not foul tie bar on full droop. at rear flat section of subframe below radius arm. do not jack up anywhere on floor generaly it will bend!
