"Sad to hear of the passing of Neville Trickett last week 27th May, the architect of the original Minisprint in the mid 1960s who was still sprinting Minis well into his 80s and an inspiration to so many.

Another Mini legend gone but won’t be forgotten! RIP."

He was such a talented engineer, he studied art I think and applied that to his work?

 

Last thing I read about him was that he was living in an old Chateaux in France, still offering Sprint conversions?

 

Worlds a poorer place for his passing - RIP

I loved the way he modified the body below the waistline as well as above, thereby maintaining the proportions. Good looking Minis.
