Is there a list bolts and their dimensions listed anywhere?
Are all the gearbox casing bolts high tensile?

All the info can be found on the websites of companies that sell mini parts.

I'm not aware of any kits. I have been keeping the fasteners that I remove, if they are in good condition, cleaning and replating them.
The gearboxes up to about 1982-ish had many Studs instead of the Flanged Bolts of the later Boxes. I have to say, I prefer using the Studs, when tightening them up, there's only a pulling force on the threads in the Case rather than a Turning and Pulling force. I've found the threads in the Alloy take much kinder to having Studs fitted most likely for this reason, though, the threads could be Helicoiled.
They are all a Grade 5 Fastener.
