Hi all, I'm currently fixing up my drivers door gaps and a few other issues with it, but have noticed the hinges on drivers side are flogged out and I want to disassemble them to fit new pins. I plan to fit new pins slightly oversize and ream out the receiving parts to a neat fit to restore the hinges. The problem is I can't seem to get the pins out. They won't punch out with a drift and hammer, they won't come apart with the hydraulic press, they are very hard and I can't seem to drill them out. Any help appreciated, thanks

Thanks. Yes I watched that earlier but mine do not have roll pins like the ones in the video, they’re a solid pin I assume is original. They are stuck well and truly

They may have worn grooves in them so you will have to play with the position of the leaves to make it easier.

Haven’t yet but will try. I think maybe the pin has snapped making it all the more difficult. Will report back.
